Stepping Into 2026

Happy New Year.

There’s something about the start of a new year that invites honesty. Not the loud, resolution-filled kind—but the quiet kind that asks, Where am I really? and Where do I still want to go?

As I step into 2026, I’m doing it slowly and intentionally. Right now, I’m at my off-grid cabin, working one project at a time. No rushing. No trying to do everything at once. Just showing up, completing what’s in front of me, and trusting that small steps, taken consistently, still move you forward. The picture below is my new shower stall that I made using PVC pipe and a battery-operated shower head. It's not permanent but it's a start. There is something magical about a hot shower.

This space is becoming a place to breathe, think, and create—and as soon as I figure out my heating, a place to write!

Thank You

To everyone who has purchased, read, and/or reviewed my first book—thank you. Truly. Your support means more than I can put into words. Every kind message, every review, every reader who took a chance on my story reminded me why I wanted this story to be told. The image above is me autographing my book for the first time! Yes, I cried lol.

You all made this next chapter possible.

A Thought for the New Year

As this new year begins, I want to leave you with this reminder:

It is never too late to change your life.

Not too late to start over.

Not too late to choose differently.

Not too late to dream again.

Wherever you’re standing right now—whether it feels settled or uncertain—your story is still unfolding.

Thank you for being here. Thank you for walking alongside me.

Here’s to 2026, to steady progress, and to becoming who we’re meant to be.

With Love,

Happy New Year.
